Try the new NHS App

If you're a patient at our practice you can now use the new NHS App, a simple and secure way to access a range of NHS services on your smartphone or tablet.

You can use the NHS App to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your GP medical record and more.

If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it. You can use the NHS App as well.

When We Are Closed

The surgery provides care 8am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday. Out-of-hours is defined as 6.30pm - 8.00am weekdays plus weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

All calls out-of-hours to the surgery will be diverted to the emergency out-of-hours provider IC24. You can also call IC24 directly by dialling 111.

Via this service you can access nursing care, palliative care and GP advice, reviews and visits for urgent care not requiring attendance at A&E. The out-of-hours service is not for routine appointments, chronic disease management, hospital referrals or repeat prescriptions.

In the case of a clear emergency such as a suspected heart attack or stroke call 999 immediately. 

Our local A&E Department is at the Conquest Hospital, The Ridge, St Leonards-on-Sea, East Sussex, TN37 7RD.

Please remember that A&E is for true accidents and emergencies. If you attend with a minor illness you will wait for a long time to be seen and also delay care to those who need it. If you are unsure whether you should go to A&E out of hours please call 111.
