Appointments

Due to the increase in demand for appointments, the doctors have requested that receptionists enquire as to the nature of your appointment.

This is to direct you to the correct Healthcare Professional, and also to avoid the booking of things that can be done outside an appointment, such as repeat prescriptions and sick certificates.

'One You' Campaign

Public Health England recently launched the ‘One You’ campaign, the first nationwide campaign to address preventable disease in adults. The campaign is encouraging adults to take part in a free online health quiz, called ‘How Are You’, to identify where they can make small changes. It is designed to help every individual identify not only their risks but also the pressures they face in their life and the stress that results, and then support them with personalised tools and advice.
